A group of ASL masters met for a week with a Deaf Philosopher and discussed the nuances of meaning in several terms, and proudly share their week of work with you all ! This project was made possible by an Innovation Award granted from the National Technical Institute for the Deaf , and the Department of Access Services. Sarah Cannon, Sarah Scheckenburger, and Miriam Lerner are the principal investigators. Dr. Teresa Blankmeyer Burke of Gallaudet University is the Philosophy content expert. Our translating team consists of Patrick Graybill, Will Hayes, Ruth Anna Spooner, and Rita Strabhauer. We hope you find this a useful tool in your explorations into the world of Philosophy !
